Horrific response, horrific scheduling, people that tell you one thing and do another. I don't know of a good hospital out there anymore and worse insurance. Horrific, our Healthcare system is broken
Awful. Primary Care Riverview is awful. Doctor had no empathy. Needed hip help; never got it. Patient Relations and RISK MANAGEMENT was all about Risk Management, and not about my questions.
Not impressed at all with this hospital! Front entrance staff is horrible and show no care for anyone walking through the doors! I have watched their interactions with people over the last 3 hours . V
