We feel completely taken advantage of. We had no hot water. Told us we needec a replacement. Told us $6,000 and that was the only option. What a rip off!

TV ad is false. Charged $150 dollars to come out and look at our AC ducts for cleaning. Person said it would be $600 per vent x 10 vents....$6000.00 to clean the ducts. I think they are way off. Chang
