Disappointed is all I can say. Several instances occurred this weekend but here are the top ones... Had a room, this past weekend, with a couple of issues reported and no remedy to any of the issues.

My husband and I booked a super suite for a recent family vacation. The room was dated but the views were amazing so we totally looked past that. I even looked past the dirty tile floor (my feet were
