there are couple of times that my mail is being messed up I already reported it twice and still happened they just don't really care about service or customers
Tried to do a temporary change of address but the clerk was asking for info I don't feel he has the right to ask.
Terrible experience here. First, they're super slow. Second, I came to them with a package I was wanting to return and they told me they could print a return label but wouldn't. Sent me off somewhere
