I purchased a dining set and an ottoman at the Amherst, NY store. The customer service while ordering the furniture was great. However.... The day of delivery, not only was the delivery truck 1.5 hour

Don't even waste your time. They have no regard for people who work, may need to rent a truck to pickup their items, or your time in general. Two weeks ago I was text and set up to pickup my items 8/1
