Rebuilt my toilet which failed. Unfortunately- there is no 24 hour support ad stated on website

I scheduled a furnace service in September and had an appointment scheduled for in October, they called and rescheduled for November 14th between 11-2. Yesterday no one came so I called at 2 and final
