Walked in and heard Arabic music i swore I had walked into a place where they sold mexican food

This was my first time at the WestWood location. I am very disappointed by their customer service. Even if food was delicious as usual the customer service was sub standard. Some of the staff appeared

The mobile order I placed was not ready 30 minutes after the time listed on my order. I asked one of the workers and she said it likely was not ready yet but did not check to see if that was the case.
