Cheadle Hulme is a large village in the Metropolitan Borough of Stockport, Greater Manchester, England. It lies in the historic county of Cheshire, 2 miles south-west of Stockport and 8 miles south-east of Manchester. In 2011, it had a population of 26,479. Evidence of Bronze Age, Roman and Anglo-Saxon activity, including coins, jewellery and axes, have been discovered locally.
