Better customer service. Don't just cancel order without customer knowing and not communicating with them

Called at 5pm to have my battery checked. They said come on in. Arrived at 645pm on Nov. 5, 2024. An older hispanic male said they do not check batteries when it is "dark". I did not get any service.
