Stopped to grab a bite after diving. Unfortunately deli was closed but we still got sandwiches and fruit and drinks. Convenient location with easy in and out from Alii Drive.

This store has a really good selection of groceries, from basics to local produce and bakery items, such as mochi treats and many health food type selections. The fish and poke counter is excellent. P

I've known these people for close to 50 years, from the time they had one store in downtown Hilo. My mother in law called them "Taniguchi's" and when she needed lots of cranberry juice for her kidney
