Spirano is a comune in the Province of Bergamo in the Italian region of Lombardy, located about 40 kilometres northeast of Milan and about 13 kilometres south of Bergamo. Spirano borders the following municipalities: Brignano Gera d'Adda, Cologno al Serio, Comun Nuovo, Lurano, Pognano, Urgnano, Verdello.
