I tell you this is the second time and the last time I buy food here. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito and what the hell I got a burrito with about a smear of beans. This is upsetting

First of all, they're extremely slow and they need better. Customer service second their drive-through Bell or whatever they wanna call it is broken so you sit in line forever even when it is working

The employees are very disrespectful and their service is the worst no communication skills and very rude to customers.
