The worst customer service staff at this Apple Store who lack common sense or manners. I would not recommend coming to this store as they treat you like trash. They are the only store in Portland down

Brand new phone & instead of giving me a new phone to replace, I wait 5 hours for some internal part replacement. Told I must go back to AT & T to get my phone reactivated (made no sense). AT & T said

We went in and would like to buy a new Apple Watch. Obviously there were too many staff just hanging out to mind our small business. We've been waiting for almost 20 minutes and still no one showed up
