Makkasan Railway Station is a railway station located in Makkasan Subdistrict, Ratchathewi District, Bangkok. it is a class 1 railway station located 5.171 km from Bangkok Railway Station. The station opened in January 1908 as part of the Eastern Line Bangkok-Chachoengsao Junction section. It is the location of the Makkasan depot, and the depot opened in 1897 when the railway started operations.
