Channeling the energy of turn-of-the-century Atlantic City, it comes alive at night when the carnival games open, jugglers take to the boardwalk, and the smell of freshly fried corn dogs fills the air. In the middle of all the nostalgia is the Flying Fish, a seafood-focused restaurant that’s worth a detour from the hectic vibe of the parks. We like the lobster bisque, potato-wrapped red snapper, and the chocolate hazelnut bar with impossibly creamy gianduja mousse.
