The Skywest Commons is an 185,000-square-foot, 12.79-acre outdoor shopping mall in Hayward, California, built by Bowman Development Company in 2005 and anchored by a Target, and formerly a Fresh & Easy grocery store. Approved in 2005, the project involved demolishing a motel, a multiplex theater, and a gas station. It is adjacent to the Hayward Executive Airport.
