Should be 0 stars. Unprofessional comes to your house and dont knock on the door. Performs service that was supposed to be canceled then charges you. Makes their own appointments without telling you.

This company is close to a scam. The technician they sent was pleasant. But he actually did very little. And his environmental understandings are close to zero. We need pollinators. They are not pests
