used to love this Taco Bell, but here lately they have been rude asf, they never get the orders right, the people working act like they late there life. staffing is bad too.

I am so tired of this Taco Bell messing up the simplest part of my order. I ALWAYS ask for sour cream, and they NEVER give it to me. Like... how hard is it to add sour cream?? It's not optional for me
