Pike County is a county in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. As of the 2020 census, the population was 58,535. Its county seat is Milford. The county is part of the Northeast Pennsylvania region of the state. Pike County is included in the New York-Newark-Jersey City, NY-NJ-PA Metropolitan Statistical Area.
