Our equipment fails almost monthly - including when false alarms are tripped and then our codes do not work to turn the alarm off (resulting in the alarms going off for 30+ minutes with no way to turn

Charging me for something I didn't order. Ripped off This has happened twice. After many calls I still have no resolve the problem

Very rude personnel and unreliable equipment. Very expensive too. Wish there were more alternatives in Denver.
