We stayed for one night on February 21st, and I have to say I was quite impressed with the ease at check-in, the friendliness of all the staff and the cleanliness of the room, grounds and hotel itself
Arrived late at night and encountered very courteous front desk staff (Vivek). Also Christine and Gurnoor during daytime. Stayed 5 days and found the hotel very comfortable and most of all....extremel
