My experience is a 5 with the location not National. Had a charge for mileage which i have never seen before. Guy checking us in immediately got manager and he took care of it.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the Wichita airport location is horrible. I've been traveling to Wichita for work a lot more lately, i normally fly in late at night and I never have any issues. This
