While our salesperson was very helpful, the delivery of our recliners was a problem. One of the chairs had a pillow that would not lady flat. The delivery staff blamed it on improper warehouse storage

I am truly disappointed with how little this company values their customers now as it was not like this in the past. The lack of accommodations provided after the company failed to deliver my furnitur
