The beds were very hard and not very comfortable The continental breakfast pancakes were like hockey pucks gravy was cold

Front office folks were very helpful and pleasantOne keycard did not work, the other took multiple times to allow in.

We had a complimentary upgrade to a king suite that was recently renovated. Very nice and very clean. The breakfast was more extensive than usual with lots of hot items. The staff were most friendly
