The most horrible customer service I ever saw in my life. Worse than the DMV. One register open with the line out the door and several employees walking around doing absolutely nothing!!! So annoying!

You should wait 40 minutes to pay on the line just two cashier are there. So so so so annoyed

This Ross likes to unload new merchandise during business hours and they completely close the children's clothing section during this time. It's super inconvenient and it happens several times a week.
