You could spend a whole month in Koreatown hopping from café to café and still not try all the photogenic lattes, but Yeems is worth prioritizing. It’s a tiny space with a few seats that are usually taken, so don’t bother bringing your laptop—it’s a better spot to snag a drink and go. The Vienna Latte is a layered mix of espresso and milk, topped with a fat dollop of sweet cream that slowly seeps down like a lava lamp. The Vienna Matcha is just as good and aesthetic—espresso is swapped out for freshly whisked matcha, and it’s finished with a drizzle of matcha syrup. Both cream tops look like fancy milkshakes, but they’re not overly sweet, so we can still justify drinking them first thing in the morning.
