Customer service refuses to answer the phone. Not a huge fan of places that require me to drive an hour roundtrip just to get a question answered because they don't feel like taking calls.

Tried calling them to inquire about product availability and they hung up on me 4 times before they even answered. I've never had a good experience with this store and this put the nail in the coffin
