Don't use Cubesmart. They raise the prices often and very agressively. I rented a unit for $420 in July 2025 and 6 months later they are charging $575.
I've been with cubesmart for two plus years. And it seems that while I was in another state the unit was going up in price. I didn't notice it right away til I turned off my direct payment. $192 a mon
