This place has gone down hill with new management. Not friendly, always on phone talking loudly. Bread is hard either baked too long or not fresh. Cookies usually over baked as well. Used to be great

Misleading banner in front of store!!! You have to have a magnifying glass to see disclaimers!! Worker was mean and won't honor sign!! Custom first... not going back!!

Whoever the older lady in there was, was a bit rude and tried to play it off like it was cute. I was asking about an item that I regularly buy online but ended up with an entirely different sandwich i
