Bangkok’s State Tower is best known as the home of Sirocco, the highest open-air restaurant in the world — and while the restaurant is an unmissable experience, waiting for the elevator to the lobby need not be. A few levels down, Tower Club at Lebua is a luxurious hotel-within-a-hotel occupying the 53rd through 59th floors.
