Another issue with cleanliness. Caramel was cold staff was not very accommodating. Washroom out of paper towel staff shook their shoulders. We have other choices

Clean and nice store, great selection of ice creams. everything was fresh and yummy. They had a couple seating options and a wide variety of cakes.

Came in for sundaes then saw this huge mess on the counter. I hesitated but was told to rest assured the establishment was clean. I just chose a simple vanilla dish
