First, I HATE HATE HATE the layout of this store. The whole experience of DSW is it's a warehouse..not some place that is trying to be something it's not. It's definitely more difficult to find things

Love the design of the layout. Great team of people to assist. Merchandising was inspiring... made me want to buy everything.

I usually never leave a business reviews but my experience here was very disappointing. I found a pair of heels i wanted to buy and unfortunately the only pair they had left in my size looked like one
