On September 24 around 3pm, drive thru, ordered crunchy taco supreme and nachos and cheese. The taco was cold except for the warm, mushy tomatoes that tasted spoiled- first time I couldn't eat a taco.

Today at Ionia Taco Bell we spent 5 minutes trying to explain we wanted extra rice on a burrito, a very simple request. The employee did not understand their system for quite a while to add the rice.
