A one-of-a-kind experience awaits in the intimate Japanese restaurant of the venerable, art-filled luxury hotel The Dolder Grand. Upon arrival, diners are received at the hotel's front desk and escorted to a converted suite. The interior design is minimalist and elegant, and the setting has an intimate feel. Up to eight guests can sit at the counter and watch as chef Atsushi Hiraoka prepares the numerous courses of his omakase menu right before their eyes. Some of the ingredients used are locally sourced. Sake makes for the perfect accompaniment. Service begins at 7pm.
