I wouldn't give this facility even a one. It is absolutely beyond filthy. The sheets on the beds are beyond worn and have permanent stains in them. Layers of dust and visible dirt caked on everything.

I am only giving this place a five star review because of a nurse named Kayla and a tech named Kayden on the youth unit because during my stay these two were the best and they helped me a lot mentally
