Refused to give refund for stale bread sandwich worker claimed it was because my sandwich wasn't toasted. If there's an actual manager to talk to I would love to know what they think

They never fail to mess my order up or make it sloppy as heck with everything coming out the side. They are also always out of BREAD!! Yes BREAD!! And a bunch of other stuff to, they are never stocked
