Have been going to Costa Coffee for 7 years and have always found the quality of coffee, sandwiches, cakes, etc, and service excellent. All staff excellent but particularly want to give good feedback.

Disgusting toilets. Main toilets out of order. Reluctantly used disabled cubicle. Digustingly dirty, and there was no lock on the door!
