Rybinsk is the second-largest city of Yaroslavl Oblast in Russia. It lies at the confluence of the Volga and Sheksna rivers, 267 kilometres north-north-east of Moscow. Population: 200,771 ; 222,653 ; 251,442 . It was previously known as Ust-Sheksna, Rybnaya Sloboda, Shcherbakov, and Andropov.
