Raya's Pizza GOOD: Solid neighborhood business. The pizza, wings and hoagie were very good. BAD: Overpriced condiments and messy take out prep - no impact on food quality. Raya's was a nice surprise.

Pizza is decent but their hoagies are where it's at. Their steak hoagie is amazing. Service is usually pretty quick! Great little staple in Carnegie.
