Came here for the kids event which says shampoo, conditioner and quick blow dry. There was no blow dry and we left with my 11 years old hair so wet her entire shirt was soaked in the back.

Worst haircut I've ever had. Missing chucks of hair on one side and layers not blended on the other side. Had to go somewhere else just to try to fix it.
