The St. Pierre Cathedral is a cathedral in Geneva, Switzerland, today belonging to the Reformed Protestant Church of Geneva. It is known as the adopted home church of John Calvin, one of the leaders of the Protestant Reformation. Inside the church is a wooden chair used by Calvin.

This cathedral is on top of a hill, so if coming from the lake be prepared to hike up. We did not climb the towers. The cathedral is nice inside, but not as ornate as other cathedrals in Europe. Calvi

Visited in late October 2025 at 5pm Saturday. Was heavy ran outside. Personally I think the church’s in Spain and Italy are more ornate but no entry fee here to the main church so I suppose it’s fair.
