Quick and easy reward redemption. Just walked up and scanned on my phone. Cashier was helpful and donuts were fresh. The store is very small. Just a small counter in Penn on the Amtrak level.

BUT don't go in if you want them to honor ANY promotion they have, because the the flag ship store on Broadway will not honor ANY sale or promotion. Otherwise, they do make spectacular donuts!
