I would say the place is slightly understaffed. They had 2 people working on opening on a Thursday morning and already had a line of 10 people waiting. The wait time, I was number 7 was about an hour.
Online appointment/ early check in. It seems like if an appointment was made and the customer is in early, the customer cannot be seen early or the name does not pop up in the "reservations customers
