University Health Women’s at Westover Hills provides comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care for women across every stage of life on San Antonio’s far West Side near Westover Hills. Services include routine and high-risk prenatal care, women’s wellness exams, pregnancy care and delivery planning, and gynecologic care, including preventive screenings and surgical treatment. Patients also have access to pelvic floor therapy and body contouring treatments. New patients are welcome.
