Takeout wings are usually where crunch goes to die—but not here. This small, casual counter has figured out how to make their snacks travel well. The wet batter is thick and crackly, like a chocolate Magic Shell that settles around every curve. Lemon pepper–rubbed wings come with ranch as the law intended, while the fish sauce wings have just enough brightness to keep things interesting. The wings alone could be a full meal, but don’t skip larger plates like garlic noodles, either. Ordering’s a breeze, and there are a couple of tables in case you want to dig into said dishes right away. The hardest part is finding a parking spot at King’s Plaza that wasn’t designed for a tiny clown car. After that, it’s smooth sailing.
