if I could provide a zero I would to rate this company. we have been calling this company to come repair our windows for over a year. we noticed the window was leaking after the first storm last year.
The quality of the windows is terrible. Within the 1st year warranty, we had 6 windows replaced due to defects. As entering the 2nd year, we continue to see the quality related issues of Builders Firs
