Can't except much from subways nowadays. They take my money in app and had to call Chase in front of them to prove it. Not sure how they're still in business.

The worst customer service I have ever had. Anywhere. I placed a mobile order with an offer and they refused to accept it. Could have been kind about it but decided to be rude and dismissive. Actually
