I've had a terrible experience with Avis rental. The vehicle has been damaged by Avis reps after returning it which resulted in a claim for over $1,000 and a lot of headache. Do not rent from Avis!!!

Beware of Budget and Avis rental cars at the Rochester airport! They are the same company and same people, if you book with Budget there isn't even a person working there, it's just a sign at the desk
