The line was very long, and it took a long time to get help. The staff looked tired and unhappy, and it seemed like they didn't really want to assist customers. Overall, not a great experience.

There a lady is very rude to me and she says that she doesn't do gift cards that's just plain mean

Polite, competent, helpful staff that always tries to accommodate. My wife and I have both found them to be particularly professional.
