Didn't tighten oil filter and lost most of my oil on the way home. Was the first oil change after purchasing the suburban.

Overpriced, did not clean windows or vacuum as other grease monkeys do and would not honor a grease monkey coupon. Not recommended.

Oil changed, no complaints. Tried to scam me on labor costs for a brake pad change and then proceeded to defend scammy prices. DO NOT GO HERE !!! :(
